About

I'm a coach, strategist, and former in-person retreat host who knows that not everyone thrives in a circle of strangers. Some people process best through dialogue and others process best in silence. These retreats are built for the latter.

Over the last 15 years, I've helped high-achieving adults navigate major life changes, combining psychological insight, strategic thinking, and a respect for how different people process best.
